We do not own your data. We simply provide the sanctuary where it rests, waiting for the moment you choose to let it speak.

While you are alive, no one can read your private Voice — not even your Guardian, and certainly no algorithms. Your profile remains completely invisible until the moment it is meant to be shared.

We do not sell your data. We do not show you advertisements. We do not train models on your words. There are no analytics trackers watching your behavior. The Echoes is a human-centric platform built for humans, not for profit.

You have the absolute right to be forgotten. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. When you choose to fade, we honor that choice completely — your data is permanently removed from our systems.

No retention periods, no hidden backups, no "we'll keep it just in case." When you say goodbye, we listen.

The Echoes is an independent project, crafted by a single developer with one conviction: that stories are not products. There is no board of directors, no shareholders to satisfy, no venture capital pushing for growth at any cost.

In the future, optional features may be offered to support the project's long-term sustainability. The core experience — writing your legacy and naming a Guardian — will always remain free.
